New module: ConvertWinmailDat

If you receive tickets with winmail.dat attachments, you might be interested in the new module. It parses the winmail.dat attachments and extracts the attachment that is in the winmail.dat.

It *should* work without any changes... Open the .opm file and update the <Framework> settings. I'll try to check it this evening, but I can't promise to get around to it...

unfortunately the module can not be installed with OTRS 3.2.9.
Here is the error message:
