Hi,
We have OTRS 3.1.10 installed in our office. I would just want to know if it is possible to trigger email via Generic Agent.
I want Generic agent to trigger email on the number of jobs in the queue to the user of the queue on a weekly basis.
I know email trigger is possible via Event notification, however that happens only when there is a State change etc.
Kindly let me know.

I don't know that Generic Agent as a web interface is going to be able to do anything on a count of jobs. However, as a programmed Generic Agent, you can do anything.

If not count of jobs, can we atleast have all the jobs in the queue to be sent as an email via Generic Agent.

Generic Agent through web interface does what it does against each ticket that complies with the search.
You might want to schedule a stats report to send to you, There are examples throughout this forum.
