i just installed OTRS but I can't open the gui from onother PC.
(No problem from the localhost.)
I want to do it via: http://"ip.x.x.x"/otrs/index.pl
System:
OTRS2.3 - Centos 6
Any idea ?

check your firewall settings, check the listening IP of the webserver. Ask your Linux Admin for assistance

The firewall was indeed the problem.
I added http as trusted via system-config-firewall.
