Hello,
I have some questions that are probably really simple - but, it's probably me today, I am not understanding things...
I have an installation that is reported as OTRS 3.2.2.
I have installed ITSM tools package, and that was version 3.2.x this morning.
I have not used the system for a little bit, and logged in this morning, and the Dashboard is telling me that there is a version 3.2.10 available (although I have looked on the site, and can see that there is a 3.2.11 gz available for download)
So, I went to the Admin pages, and refreshed the packages, and there was an option to upgrade the ITSM to 3.2.9, which I have done.
However - the warnings in the Dashboard are still there...
Question is - is there a sane way to upgrade that bit - or is that bit reporting "wrongly" ?
Kinda bit confused...

Re: Upgrade/update confusion
ITSM Modules have there own version. OTRS Framework can not be updated by package manager.
So you should update your framework to 3.2.11 and your ITSM packages to 3.2.9
