Plus, it's rather something nobody really does.
It really doesn't matter to a customer which agents are online ... Submit a ticket, that's why you're there. Otherwise install a chat system.
And as for which customers are online, the existence of other people (same CustomerID) in your department/company submitting tickets may or may not be of relevance. There's anonymity, as well as just the idea that "online" may have been true at the beginning of the cache cycle but not necessarily at the time you see the list. It's in no way a "live" view of it.
