Is there any possibility to customize the form of Configuration Items, so that update fields automatically?
Eg
Model: A, B, C.
Type A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2.
If I chose model A, for example, in the field would update the data padding below and appear only the types A1 and A2.
I do this often in other languages, but I wonder if it is possible to do this in ITSM.
My configuration items have many fields associated with each other and this would prevent the occurrence of errors in filling.
