Installation of 3.2.10 + 3.2.11 on XP

Hi,


PLEASE i need HELP! :( I have a WinXP 32bit sp3 PC I have downloaded both 3.2.10 + 3.2.11 and after each installation it launches then gives me a cannot find host error to install.

What iam i doing wrong ? i have installed Pearl, then i know that the installer is suppose to take care of the rest i.e sql...

i have gone through a manual and so forth, but no luck

i get an "The Page cannot be displayed" in my browser error.

because apache isn't running.
because port 80 is occupied.
Teamviewer, IIS, Skype are likely candidates.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
