How can I assign the value of a dynamic field to a the ownership field within the normal screens of OTRS 3.2.7?
Our company has about 40+ employees and I would like to use a dynamic field drop down box within Process Management to assign ownership. The problem is that I have to check all possible options and assign ownership individually rather than using the value of one dynamic field.
Please advise. Thanks...Dan.
