Hi,
I have performed OTRS installation under Ubuntu. Every configuration is completed successfully.
I would like to know how to change the existing URL (x.x.x.x/otrs/index.pl) to ip address 10.10.12.10. In which file do I want to make changes.

to change the Login URL, edit it in SysConfig.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
