SLA statistics on tickets violating the SLA

Hi,

I need to build statistics to report on % of tickets violating a SLA Y2D. Can someone help on this, I'm banging my head since a few days now... Is there any way of getting this figures from OTRS?

(btw I run OTRS 3.2.9 + ITSM).
