How can I auto merge customer ids
We receive 1000's of emails weekly into our system. A lot of the time we have customers who will email us multiple times. We know how to manually locate the multiple tickets using the customer ID. But we would like to know if there is a way for the system to auto merge duplicate customer IDs. This will remove many tickets out of our system.
