Support package not installed properly

Hi,

I use OTRS and try to install the below packages :
FAQ
Support
iPhone
Master-Slave
Survey

But for each package installation not successful and message is appear "Package not correctly deployed !! please redeployed the message".
After reinstall again the same message is appear.

Please find attach snapshot for one of the installation.

Any inputs on this issue will be helpful to us.

probably you need to run the <OTRS_HOME>/bin/otrs.SetPermission.pl to correct the filesystem rights before and the reinstall again
