When a notification is created on a master ticket, the same notification is created on the slave ticket. Our problem appears when the customer name is on the notification, the slave ticket customer, receives a notification with the name of the master ticket, not with its name.
How can we solve it?

It makes sense that it notifies based upon the ticket that generates the notification.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
