Import customer data from CSV file

Import customer data from CSV file
I would like to import customer data from CSV file, but I can't find any import function in OTRS. Please help!

I had download the file of CustomerUserImportExport-1.10.0.opm, but I can't extract it. The error message is "Can not open file CustomerUserImportExport-1.10.0.opm as archive".

it's a package. install via package manager of otrs.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
