Fetchmail not working -windows

Hi,

I have installed OTRS 3.2.11 and configured postmaster email. When i click on fetch mail my OTRS picks emails from my inbox and creates tickets from them. The problem is the fetch mail is not running automatically and every time i have to click on fetch mail to get the tickets.
I have checked my logs and i have noted some comments about scheduler but I don't understand what they mean (see below).

Install the cron Jobs.
otrs.Cron4Win32.pl and C:\Program[...]\OTRS\OTRS\var\cron
