pop-up message

Hi to all,

In for example Outlook, when we receive a new email message it is possible to appear a pop-up on the screen alerting that, so if we have the outlook minimized with this we have a notification that a new email have arrived.
I was thinking in a thing like this, for if I have my OTRS Dashboard web page minimized and I receive a new ticket I can be alert for that.
Someone have thought in a thing like this for OTRS? Is this implemented?
