Hi There.
I have just upgraded to 3.2.11 from 3.2.10.
My users use queue view (small settings) which usually displays up to 100 items per page. Since the upgrade only the 10 oldest items are being displayed. If you then click on "S" on the right hand side all the tickets are displayed correctly until you choose ticket view again from the drop down menu at the top.
Any help would be appreciated.

But, try clear and reload cache:
<otrs home>/bin/otrs.DeleteCache.pl
<otrs home>/bin/otrs.LoaderCache.pl
