Recently OTRS 3.3.1 was released. However, on the downloads page I only see an RPM package for RHEL 6, and not for RHEL 5. It appears that the latest published RHEL 5 package was version 3.2.12: http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/RPMS/rhel/5/
Is this intentional? I haven't seen anything in the release notes that would suggest support for RHEL 5 is dropped. Is it?

OTRS 3.3 does require Perl 5.10.0 or higher
So that's why 5.0 is skipped. Also some of the PERL modules are only available as rpm in 66
