Hi,
for the past few days I have been looking for a solution to me problem, unfortunately with no effect.
After installing OTRS 3.2.11 I'm faced with such situation (2 cases):
1. When browsing MY QUEUE in queue view L(large) I see for ex. 100 tickets. When I switch to S(small view) out of a sudden it turns out that there are 110 tickets. When I switch back to L-view it shows me those 100 tickets + additional 10 tickets invisible before. I ended up switching views once in a while just to "refresh" the view. I have no clue what may be the cause. I suspect there is some cache mechanism that gets updated once i click on different view.
2. Today I noticed the same behavior with LOCKED TICKETS view. Under NEW ARTICLE tab I can see my "pending reminder tickets" that should be in PENDING tab instead. Whats more, when I zoom some ticket with "pending reminder" state, go back to the NEW ARTICLE view and refresh it by pressing F5 the tickets magically shows up in the PENDING tab and disappears from NEW ARTICLE TAB.
Anyone have a clue? Is this cache related? Maybe file/directory permissions? I beg you...
Ps OTRS 3.2.11 wasn't a new install; I have followed the update path from OTRS 2.4
Weird Queue view/Locked Tickets behavior, I give up...

Re: Weird Queue view/Locked Tickets behavior, I give up...
no luck. Problem persists in both FF and Chrome.
As to the LOCKED TICKETS view I think I found a solution. Those pending tickets had a yellow star meaning the ticket contained a new unread message and probably caused pending tickets to show in NEW ARTICLES. It turned out that those unread messages where autoresponders. I hope NewArticleIgnoreSystemSender setting to YES would do the trick.
QUEUE VIEW still no luck. Do you suspect browser cache?
