Hi ,
I have recently configured OTRS 3.2.12 version on centos 6, i have created agent-A and Agent-B and add Network queue to agen-A and INfra queue to agent-B.
So agent-A can see only network issue realted queues and agent-B can see only infra related queues in their bucket, but the problem is both agents can see all the tickets.
Need help to configure agent and their queues in proper manner i do not want that all agents can see all tickets they should see only their assign tickets.
Yegent help require.

Visibility of queues associated with agents rights in groups. Read carefully the manual about groups and rights in it.

Re: Agents and queus issue
As Admin Manual says all the tickets by default fall into RAW, So should I add RAW in all agent MYQUEUE ? or when i am QUEUES should i add that QUEUES into sub-queue-of RAW
what is right way my only requirement is Agent A can get only assignt QUEUE tickets not to other same want with other agents.
