Autoselect customer

hello,

I only have one customer and would like to know if it is possible to have my only client selected by default when I make a new phone ticket

I tried editing the AgentTicketPhone.dtl file and adding values for:
id="PreSelectedCustomerUser" value="onlyclient"
id="SelectedCustomerUser" value="onlyclient"

It preloads the tickets in the bottom but if I don't enter noting in the From customer field I get the error to select at least 1 customer.

Could you point me in the right direction pls?
