Hi,
I´m really new with OTRS and I´ve have set it up on a Windows enviroment and I can se that OTRS write to the otrs.txt logfile. But under System Administration -> SYSLOG there shows nothing?
Any ideas?

It is as you encounter it.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

It's programmed that way. I don't know why Windows doesn't read it, but that's a longstanding issue with Windows.
