Hello everyone,

I have just installed OTRS 3.3 on Windows Server 2012. Then I went ahead to install ITSM packages. I added a repository "http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/itsm/packages33/" so I could pull the packages using package manager.

I am able to install the packages but every one of those gets a warning message:

GeneralCatalog 3.3.1 - Package not verified by the OTRS Group! It is recommended not to use this package.
ITSMChangeManagement 3.3.1 - Package not verified by the OTRS Group! It is recommended not to use this package.
ITSMConfigurationManagement 3.3.1 - Package not verified by the OTRS Group! It is recommended not to use this package.
ITSMCore 3.3.1 - Package not verified by the OTRS Group! It is recommended not to use this package.
Support 1.5.4 - Package not verified by the OTRS Group! It is recommended not to use this package.

Even the default (already installed package) already had that warning when I opened a package manager.

Did anyone had this besides me? Any suggestions are appreciated!

Awesome, worked! Any reason why it would act like that and scream about not verified packages? I am just wondering because I have installed OTRS on linux previously and didn't have that warning...weird....


Also, I have another concern...
Does anyone has any suggestions on how to improve OTRS performance in WINServer2012+IIS 8+MSSQL scenario...? It just seems to be slow, and also when running a SQL benchmark the results are slower than it supposted to be...aproximately ~ 15 sec as opposed to ~5 sec...

Did you check the "Support Assessment" in the admin area?

* Do you store attachments in the database or on the filesystem?
* Do you use StaticDB or RuntimeDB as Index and Search module?
* Is your DB on a seperate machine?
* Do you use LDAP auth for agents and have you tested the performance of the connection?

OTRS on Windows is known as slow, especially in combination with MSSQL (there is no good Perl driver for MSSQL).

* Do you use StaticDB or RuntimeDB as Index and Search module? - RuntimeDB is used for both
* Is your DB on a seperate machine? MS SQL Server is installed on a same machine as OTRS
* Do you use LDAP auth for agents and have you tested the performance of the connection? Yes I do use LDAP for agents as well as customers. I have run benchmarks using local root account and the number are the same(

I'm seeing the same time (3.3.1, with ITSM). The system log has lots of complaints about missing language files.

Is this something I missed?

This is fresh installation, but a database brought over from 3.2.9.
