Change DynamicField "Date" to different format

Hi guys,

I'd like to change in 3.2.9 the dynamic field "date" format from YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM to DD-MM-YYYY-HH-MM.
The time is shown up correctly everywhere in the web frontend, but its in the wrong format in the email notification by using <OTRS_DynamicField_xyz>.

Any ideas where I can adjust that?
