Hi,
I'm using the OTRS and it is allowed for our customer to access from Internet but I would like to deny my users to access from Internet.
I cannot block the TCP 80 port because it will deny the customers too.
Can I change the tcp port for my users access?
Ex.: to Keep the http://myservername/otrs/customer.pl allowed on the TCP port 80 and change the http://myservername/otrs/users.pl to another TCP port such as 8080, 8081 or similar? If not, is there another solution? I just need to deny my users to access the otrs from Internet.
sorry for my bad english.
Thanks in Advanced.

Re: Change the TCP port for Users access
*A* way is to remove/rename customer.pl
Another is to redirect login:
Sysconfig:
Edit Config Settings in Framework -> Frontend::Customer
CustomerPanelLoginURL
point it to a place you'd like.
