OTRS upgraded from 3.2.7 to 3.3.1 bug

Hi

I have successfully upgraded from 3.2.7 to 3.3.1 and found the problem in the Generic Agent. They are not running automatically but when we do the manual run they are just doing fine.

Why do you think that it's a bug?
When you create new job it's not mean to run it immediately. You create job, save it and then you can run it or do it later - it is more logical for me.
To run it in appointed time you must use cron job for generic agent with -db option.

Actually we are running this on Windows machine.

And we have created a new job and even that one is not running at the appointed time.

Ask your admin for how to configure cron jobs on Windows

I am sorry but I am the only person as an Admin and know little about OTRS. If possible pls share some information on the same.
