Hi All,
I am new to OTRS. I trying to configured OTRS 3.3 in my organization. when i raised a new ticket is automatically went to closed state. I don't know why it was happening. I try to debug that by going through Admin-->SysConfig-->Ticket--> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewEmailNew and when try to change the state from Closed successfully to open, But i unable to change that option. anybody please let me how to set the new ticket sate.
