Change "from" header in phone call notification

Hi!
when the agent manages a ticket and click on "phone call received" or "phone call made", the customer receives the message with his realname in "from" header.
I want to show the agent's name in "from" header. Any suggestion?

I'm on Ubuntu Server, OTRS 3.3.1 with MySql DB
