Support Assessment not working, IIS Error 500

Hallo,

OTRS 3.3.2 +ITSM 3.3.2

The " Support Assessment " ( SERVER/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminSupport ) is not working.

If you klick on Admin Area you get this IIS Error "500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed."

somebody has an idea?
