[SOLVED] IMAP PostMaster - missing emails

Hello everybody,

I recently upgraded OTRS to version 3.3.2 (coming from latest 3.2 point release).
I’m using fetchmail (through ~/bin/otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl, configured via Web-Interface) to get emails via IMAP from a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010.
Fetched emails are automatically put in a queue called “new emails”.
Apparently, around every 20th email doesn’t seem to be processed by OTRS-Postmaster and though doesn’t appear in my “new emails”-queue. Whereas “normal” emails appear in OTRS’ log files, “lost” emails don’t.
It seems that OTRS 3.3.2 is having some hiccups with some mails… I didn’t have this issue in 3.2.x releases.

I doublechecked that emails arrive in my Exchange inbox, so it doesn’t seem to be a problem with my Exchange Server. I also double-triple-checked that all emails are fetched by OTRS-Postmaster via IMAP, but some of them neither appear in any queue, nor any log.



Is there anyone to confirm this issue?
Would be thankful for any proposals.

Despite that, everything else is working like a charm.

****SOLUTION****

it magically worked for me to recreate every email-account within OTRS. I didn't change any settings or something.Kinda nasty doing, but worked for me in the end.
