Generic Agent filter if article exists?

Hello People,

I would like to know if I can somehow filter tickets which have no articles, except for the creating one.

You can't filter those tickets with GenericAgents created via the web GUI. You can write your own GenericAgent module (with Perl) and run this module. In those extra modules you can do nearly everything...
