Lost Admin Panel in Admin user!!!!

Hi all,
Its very urgent.I am facing a dangerous issue.After add the all settings in otrs,i logged out.but when i log into otrs,I Have lost the admin panel in admin user.I dont know how to retrive it.Kindly throw some light on this query.I need to up this settings as quickly as possible.Please help me out.Advance Thanks.

Now to a possible answer:

What did you changed, there are several reasons for loosing the admin permissions like:
- removing a user from the admin group
- changing the wrong values in sysconfig
- renaming the admin group
