Hi! i want to know how to restart otrs.
I've tried with bin# service otrs stop
but the output is otrs: unrecognized service
[Exit 1]
my problem is "otrs.GenericAgent.pl: not found", otrs sets the $HOME in wrong way, even if in the Config.pm is correctly set.
I'm on otrs 3.3.1

did you check if the Linux user otrs has the correct Home set?

Linux user has home that is different from otrs home because of virtualhostings and subdomains.

OTRS user home needs to be the directory of installation
