Hi,
may anyone tell me how to add dynamic fields in Ticket and Customer informations which I previously defined?
Where I need to add in sysconfig::Tickets::??? dynamic fields?

You will only show fields that hold values.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

did you click the checkbox for Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketZoom###DynamicField?
Did you click the (+)?
Did you add the key in the first box and 1 in the second box?
Did you spell the Key exactly as you defined your fieldname (case sensitive)?
