Index.pl Browser too old /browser zu alt

hello,

since the period as our filesystem was full we can´t login to otrs anymore.

index.pl shows us Browser too old... (german version Sie verwenden leider einen (stark) veralteten Browser. OTRS funktioniert mit einer großen Auswahl an Browsern, aus denen Sie wählen können. Bitte installieren Sie einen neueren Browser oder upgraden Sie Ihren vorhandenen. Bitte lesen Sie auch die Dokumentation oder fragen Sie Ihre)

customer.pl works withoud any issue.

after 2nd run
mysqlcheck --check it seems ok
every table is status ok but the error still exist by index.pl

we are using ie 9 and firefox 20 without any comp. Mode.

very strange
the customer.pl are working without any issue

check bin/otrs.DeleteSessionIDs.pl (clears up all Sessions)
