hi all

onclick email ticket error .
Consistent AJAX communication errors
please find the attachment

[Error][Kernel::System::AuthSession::DB::CheckSessionID][52] Got no SessionID!!

Internal Server error means apache error logs will have more information.
What's changed?
How are your SQL tables? Did you run out of space?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

other than New Email ticket option everything working fine. once click new email ticket option Internal Server error .

ok. check your apache errorlogs.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

ZZAAuto.pm: Subroutine Load redefined at C:/PROGRA~2/OTRS/OTRS/Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAAuto.pm line 7.
