nein, das muss bei neueren Versionen nicht mehr gemacht werden, sofern mod_perl genutzt wird

Die max_connections system variable muss angepasst werden

kommt auf die Anzahl der laufenden Connections auf die gesamte Datenbankmaschine an. Diese ist wiederrum abhängig von der Anzahl der gleichzeitigen Nutzer im OTRS etc.
