Apologies if already answered (couldn't see a relevant topic with a resolution here), but is it possible to change the Agent Navbar menu text (e.g. Dashboard, Customers, Ticket, FAQ, Services, Changes etc) to different text values?
If yes, any help/guidelines on how to go about achieving that would be great!
Cheers
Ven

Re: [Solved]Change Navbar text for ITSM Change Management Mo
Thanks, crythias!
A custom translation would presumably have applied across the board which may not have been desirable, so I instead opted to change only relevant strings in the language variant (en_IE_ITSMChangeManagement.pm) file under otrs/kernel/language folder which seems to work a treat..
Cheers
