Hello everyone,
I setup super agents that has full access to all queues and I want to make certain sub agents(less permissions) to be responsible for certain tickets. Now All i need is to be able to show through the dashboard widgets these tickets. The workflow like this. I have super agents who will assign(make responsible) these tickets to sub agents and then the sub agents, when they are finished, return the responsibilities back to Super agent. And then the Super Agent closes the ticket. All i need is for the sub agents to see the tickets that they are responsible for on their dashboards. Is there any way I can do this? Any help will be appreciated.Thank you.

Yeah after they are locked. But I would want them to see the tickets they are responsible for before locking them down. Is there a way?
