Show 'Click here' link instaed of complete URL

HI,

We implement OTRS, for customer we use external data source in which we have one URL link fields, but on Ticket Zoom -->> customer information section we don't want to display complete USL as link.
Instead of this we require only the 'Click here' text to be shown as anchor tag, on which if we click redirect to the actual URL.

For this what I need to be change, Any inputs on this ?
