Is it possible to change customer interface to the following interface, if yes could you please tell me how?

What kind of changes you want? Change your profile to display your versions of OTRS, OS. DB, Webserver.

I want to change customer interface from menu style(Pic1) to button style(Pic2).

Pic2 style is a style from v.3.1.x. Doubt that is only possible through downgrade to this version. :)
