Hi there,
I have searched high and low and i cant seem to find how to runs stats for each agent per day. I have already activated the stats per agent. But i don't know the first thing about building a report.
I basically need to measure agent productivity. We only use email queues and need to thus measure how many query tickets were updated per agent each day. (Not necessarily closed)
Any idea where i can get help on this?

you need to do this via SQL or a custom report

SysConfig in Framework -> Frontend::Agent::Stats -->Stats::UseAgentElementInStats -->Yes
Owner and Responsible can be displayed in TicketList
