Wenn ich eine Nachricht per Email als einer Agent stellen versuche, erscheint OTRS folgende Fehler Meldung:

Software error:
Modification of a read-only value attempted at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/i586-linux-thread-multi/Net/DNS/Question.pm line 47.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([no address given]), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

Was konfiguriere ich in OTRS, um OTRS Anworten per email von einem Ticket zu schicken zu können? Ich habe schon mal im Internet untersucht, aber fand nichts hilfreich. Ich habe auch Forumssuche benutzt, und das hat mir auch keine Ergebnisse gegeben...

Das von Dir verwendete Net::DNS ist leider kaputt. Hier hilft ein Up- oder Downgrade auf eine andere Version via Distribution oder CPAN

Ich habe eine andere Version von OTRS installiert, und ich bekomme noch die gleiche Fehlermeldung. Hast du gemeint, dass ich ich eine neue Version von perl-Net-DNS installieren soll?

Ja, Du musst das Perl Modul up- oder downgraden
