Hallo,
immer wenn das Dashboard aufgerufen wird, generiert Active Perl mehrere Fehlermeldungen

Diese Fehlermeldung wurde durch einen einzigen Aufruf der Homepage erstellt. Entsprechend viele und entsprechend große Fehlerlogs haben wir über einen Tag hinweg...
Wenn wir das Dashboard deaktivieren ist es logischerweise weg...

Jedoch erhalten wir dann folgende Meldung:

Hast Du die Config aus viewtopic.php?f=35&t=23304 einfach so als eigenständige Datei unter Kernel/Config/Files/ abgespeichert?

Da muss vorher noch ein

und hinterher noch ein

hin.

Die uninitialized Meldungen sind keine Fehler, sondern nur Warnungen. Um diese zu fixen, kannst Du folgende Codeänderungen einspielen: https://github.com/reneeb/otrs/commit/7 ... 3904a978d6

Danke für die Hilfe zu den uninitialized-Fehler. Werde es gleich testen.
Der Fehler mit dem XML-Parser bezieht sich nicht auf meinen anderen Thread ;)

Dann schau Dir mal die *.xml Dateien in Kernel/Config/Files an, ob die alle die XML-Deklaration haben und/ob etwas Nicht-XML-mäßiges am Anfang steht...
