I want to show search profile field on the header part of customer interface like agent interface. Please refer to the attached photo.

You have to create the ToolBar handling first, see viewtopic.php?f=64&t=23345&p=92168#p92168
Then you have to create a module that represents that toolbar widget. The one in the agent interface is https://github.com/OTRS/otrs/blob/rel-3 ... Profile.pm
