Hi,
I have installed OTRS 3.3.3 on WinServ 2k8R2, with Perl Active State 5.16.3x32. Everything works 100%, except the scheduler, I cant seem to get it to run. (Thus no auto mail fetch, GenericAgent, etc.)
In the web interface the error message appears that the scheduler is not running, when I click on Start Scheduler, (with -f or without) nothing happens.
I then ran "C:\otrs\OTRS\bin\otrs.Scheduler4win.pl" and it installed, then I ran "C:\otrs\OTRS\bin\otrs.Scheduler4win.pl -a status" and received a line stating "Not running!" I then ran "C:\otrs\OTRS\bin\otrs.Scheduler4win.pl -a start -f" but it still doesn't start. I went to have a look at the logs in "C:\otrs\OTRS\var\log" which is the default location for the SchedulerOUT.log and SchedulerERR.log locations, but there are no logs. I also confirmed that it is the right location in SysConfig.
If anyone has any advise, it would be greatly appreciated.
Regards

Re: Scheduler missing?
Ok so I got it sorted, it seems that the Cron service was not correctly/completely installed.
I followed these steps: http://cronw.sourceforge.net/install.html
After which I re-installed the Scheduler with C:\otrs\OTRS\bin\otrs.Scheduler4winInstaller.pl -a install
And then ran the C:\otrs\OTRS\bin\otrs.Scheduler4win.pl -a start -f and it started!
