hello ,
i am handling 2 different organisation of otrs and configuration are near about same . i need help in copying 4 individual ticket from one otrs to another.how can we do that.
Pls guide me if possible

Create a ticket and copy text from a-to-b
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
