bulk action issue

hi,

i am facing a small issue. observed recently.

issue is on the bulk action, when i am trying to do any bulk action at the owner option earlier it used to be Balnk (-), where now by default it is coming with one particular agent. if i disable that agent it is fine.

Please suggest what may be the issue. recently i updated few packages after that only i observe this issue.

bulk actions generally lock the ticket to the person doing the action.
