hi, pls, have you some step-by-step manual, how create autoresponse to customer, which send me troubleticket - some like as "Thank for notificaion, your trouble will be solved in one day...etc"
I have 3 email addresses on external server. When i send to one any email, this is fetched and is created ticket in selected Queue. But i cannot set system for autoresponse and for notification message to agent.
In syslog is nothing about response or notification...

Whatever queue is the initial destination for the ticket should also have auto responses attached to the queue.

Your question has been asked and answered multiple times, and especially in the thread you hijacked.
