hi
I have done the integration AD with otrs.
1.any way to OTRS auto-login using windows authentication if already logged into windows using the same username and password as you would log into OTRS with?(doesn't use on again user and password)
2 . pass some login info to OTRS in URL?
https://localhost/customer.pl?user= system username?pass=system password ??
auto login in otrs

I am authenticating my users against LDAP ( AD Domain). This is working quite well.alexus wrote:You should consider SSO-fuctionality - http://wiki.otterhub.org/index.php?titl ... ith_Apache
Now looking for an auto login.
Is there a possibility, to use the logged in user on a system to auto login into otrs?

Hi,
than call it 'real' SSO
search for 'http basic auth'
it's similar configuration for agents + customers.
